Jon Baum has over 30 years working with leading edge entertainment companies in the music, radio, concert/live event, print, digital, television and agency businesses.
Jon was a member of both the original MTV and VH1 teams. He has developed numerous integrated marketing, event, and sponsorship programs for the likes of Live Nation, AEG, YouTube, Pepsi, Wal-Mart, Sony Electronics, and Nike. Jon was also Vice President, Marketing Partnerships for Clear Channel Communications, where he created integrated marketing programs, including the Jagermeister Music Tour and on-sale programs for the Rolling Stones and David Bowie.
Prior to Clear Channel, Jon worked with Les Garland (co-creator of MTV) at The Box, America's first interactive music television network. While at ICM and in artist management, he worked with such artists as the Eagles, Fleetwood Mac, the Beach Boys, Randy Newman, and the Kinks.

As one of MTV”s legendary five original VJs, Mark Goodman interviewed everyone from Paul McCartney to Sting to Bruce Springsteen, and hosted shows including The Week In Rock, 120 Minutes, and the first show ever syndicated to broadcast by MTV, The Top 20 Video Countdown. Mark started in radio at WMMR in his hometown of Philadelphia, where he became music director. In 1980, he moved to New York to work at the market’s number one rock station, WPLJ.
After MTV, Mark returned to radio, working at stations in Los Angeles, Chicago, and Phoenix, and hosting various TV shows and music specials. He joined Sirius Satellite Radio (now SiriusXM) in 2004, where he continues to broadcast seven days a week. Mark has worked as a music supervisor for shows including ABC’s Desperate Housewives, and conducts interviews and hosts specials for VH1 and VH1 Classic.

As SVP, Sales, Sheehan comes to AWE having been around entrepreneurial video and editorial ventures for more than 20 years. He started as an original Account Executive at ABCNEWS VideoSource, the B2B video content licensing arm of ABC News, and as the GM ultimately led the unit to its highest revenue and profit ever. He followed this by transforming a unit within CNN, ImageSource, into a revenue-generating profit engine with a diverse portfolio of assets including video, stills and text articles. At NewsLook, he more than doubled both the content syndication inventory and publisher list, and opened new markets and clients in the US and Canada.

Mel has over 30 years in advertising sales, marketing and management experience, the past 14 in digital media.
During his extensive career, he has developed, implemented and sometimes produced innovative cross-platform marketing programs for brands including Microsoft, Mercedes, L’Oreal, Heineken, Citi, Kraft, Pepsi while at companies like CBS, Clear Channel, National Lampoon and Tribune across their applicable offline, wired, mobile, and Digital OOH channels.
Mel has been a pioneer in broadcast and streaming music entertainment having executive produced numerous cable, television and internet programs including Clear Channel's Jingle Ball.
Executive Vice President, Business Affairs
A former corporate attorney at the internationally recognized law firm of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison, Mr. Kober has 30 years of global experience as a business development executive and legal counsel, graduating with a J.D. from the New York University School of Law in 1985, and a B.A, Summa Cum Laude from Yeshiva College in 1982. He is currently the Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer (on a part time basis) for American Banknote Corporation, a global provider of secure documents and services to governments and major corporations, with operating subsidiaries in the USA, Canada, South Africa, China, and Australia.
